Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Materials
Ensure all flooring planks or tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely stacked on their original pallet to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Arrange for a freight carrier to collect the items from your location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
